How 3.1 GB was arrived at
2 GB covers the stack at rest, every container the project ships included. 100 users at 5 MB each adds 0.5 GB, giving 2.5 GB. Adding 25% headroom so the machine is not run at its ceiling gives 3.1 GB, and the smallest plan at or above that is the Basic 4 GiB with 4 GB.
Disk works the same way: 20 GB to begin with, plus 0.1 GB per user, so 30 GB against the 80 GB the plan includes.
Ships as Elixir plus ClickHouse plus PostgreSQL. ClickHouse sets the memory floor, so this stack does not usefully shrink below 2 GB. Disk scales with pageviews rather than with seats.
